Erica Confair-Weimer celebrates her twelfth year at Summer Camp! Erica is a graduate of West Chester University, Pennsylvania with a degree in Music Education and a graduate of Goucher College with a Masters in Education in Administration and School Leadership. Erica is also a trained Life Coach working on her certification for private practice through the International Coaching Federation. Erica is an educator with Baltimore County Public Schools. She teaches Vocal Music, has directed choirs, high school musicals, and co-founded a girl mentoring group. Erica does consult Life Coaching for Anne Arundel Community College and Baltimore County Public Schools. She was named “Outstanding Diversity Educator” by the Muslim Association of Baltimore County in 2010, Baltimore Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Teacher in 2012 as her schools Teacher of the Year in 2016. Erica is a staff developer for Baltimore County Public Schools AVID Program where she also serves as her schools AVID Site Coordinator.
Erica’s love for summer camp includes her time working as a kindergarten counselor, dance elective teacher, co-director of musical theater, and her favorite job of all the director of our Bmore Teen Program! She believes strongly that summer camp offers children a unique and special time to explore be curious and have fun! Erica enjoys cooking (and eating), traveling, exercising, and going to the pool with her family. Erica is a mother of two (plus her Pug, Penny) and resides in Towson.
